Hi everybody! I have landed in China, and I am very excited to be here, but also a little apprehensive as I realize I didn’t do quite as much research as maybe I should have. My hostel is great, it’s clean, has a good atmosphere, and is located on a street with a lot of local shops and restaurants that really help you to submerge yourself in the surrounding culture. I really do love it.
I went to Disneyland Paris today and was very excited to have the chance to go, but my trip was not as magical as I would have hoped. I took the metro to Disney Paris, and it was supposed to be about a 1 hour ride in total. I have been taking the metro everywhere I go in Paris, and I’m by no means a pro, but I do understand how to use it. Well, I ended up going the wrong way on the RER A and went a little out of the way, but I managed to get back on track (ha! Literally!) and was on my way to Disney. When I got there it was really busy, but that is to be expected. Everything was gorgeous though! They still had the Christmas decorations up, and it was magical walking in.
My Europe trip is finally near! I am officially in the double digits – with only 99 days to go until I jet off to Europe for 3 weeks! It seriously feels like I just booked my trip, but time has flown by and I am excited to share with you the 50 things that I am looking forward to during my trip to Europe! So here we go!
